Axium is a two-clinician practice. Dr. Deepika and Dr. Vinayak Kshirsagar see every patient themselves, from first assessment through to discharge, there is no junior-staff handoff at any point.

Dr. Deepika leads paediatric physiotherapy at Axium, working with children with cerebral palsy, developmental delay, torticollis and general concerns about movement or milestones. She holds a Masters in Physiotherapy from the UK, registered with the Indian Association of Physiotherapists (IAP No. L-22275) and the UK's Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC No. PH-96101).

Dr. Vinayak co-runs Axium Physiotherapy and Rehab and treats musculoskeletal, sports and neurological rehabilitation cases. Axium does not employ junior physiotherapists or rotate patients between staff. Whichever of Dr. Deepika or Dr. Vinayak best fits a patient's presentation, paediatric and developmental cases with Dr. Deepika, most musculoskeletal, sports and neurological cases with Dr. Vinayak, sees that patient personally, from the first assessment through to discharge. For a presentation that does not sit cleanly on one side, the clinic will say so directly and point to the right clinician rather than guessing.
